Valerie Armstrong & Kate Reynolds in new exhibition at Sentinel Gallery

ARTWORKS NEWS: Forthcoming exhibition “Explosion of the palette”, featuring three East Anglian artists: Valerie Armstrong, Stephanie Stow and Kate Reynolds.

‘Explosion of the palette’ is an exhibition of paintings and ceramic sculptures from three East Anglian artists, all of whom produce works which challenge and playfully question. This exhibition takes place in a beautiful gallery in Wivenhoe, The Sentinel Gallery. The exhibition promises to be  exuberant, colourful and contemporary.

Suffolk Coastal Group – Spring Exhibition Walberswick

Two ARTWORKS artists, Jazz Green and Anne Paton, with six other artists, are hosting an art exhibition in Walberswick Village Hall over the May Day Holiday weekend.

The eight artists in the exhibition are: Miles Fairhurst, Jazz Green, Eveline Hastings, Glynn Hugo, Julie Noad, Anne Paton, David Riches, Helen Riches.

The Spring exhibition will feature paintings, watercolours, works in pastel, drawings, original prints and ceramic pots. The exhibition is open from 10am to 6pm, from Saturday 30 April through to Monday 2 May 2016.

Four ARTWORKS artists – Chris Gamble, Lucy Lutyens, Elaine Nason and Anne Paton – have been selected to exhibit in the Art For Cure exhibition at Glemham Hall, Suffolk, from Saturday 30th April to Monday 2nd May 2016.

High Spirits

‘High Spirits’ by Chris Gamble

There will be over eighty artists and sculptors exhibiting in the house and grounds of Glemham Hall during the three day art event. The commission earned by Art for Cure from the sales of art and sculpture will raise funds for the breast cancer charity Breast Cancer Now, and also local organisations who provide care and support to those affected by breast cancer.

The Art for Cure exhibition at Glemham Hall will be open 10am to 5pm over the three-day weekend. Light refreshments and lunches are also available (see Art For Cure website for menu and booking).

Entry fee to the exhibition (house and grounds) is £5, includes parking and exhibition catalogue.
