The ideas and images in my current work are drawn from trees and the spiritual impact of light seen through trees. Images are screen-printed and painted onto handmade paper which I create using leaves and fibres gathered from the local East Anglian fields and woodlands on which my images are based. I aim to create a symbiosis between print and paper, man and the environment, to reflect my own relationship with the natural world.
